• Basement Family Room improved and gracious stair up to Garden Room added.

• Heated stamped-concrete floor keeps space cozy in cool weather.

• Same stamped concrete (unheated) used for patio.

• Large windows and overhead door create visual and physical connection to garden.

• Garden redesigned with pathways, places to pause, and planting beds. Most existing shrubs and trees conserved.
