Striking & Functional ADU
Laura was wonderful as the lead in my design team. She listened carefully to my vision and provided me with three alternative designs. The one I chose, a modern, open floor plan is fabulous. My renter has said “I couldn’t be happier”. Laura was a resource throughout the project. When we uncovered the unexpected, she worked with my contractor and me to find not only a solution, but an improvement.

Maximized Little Basement
We hired Laura to design a basement remodel on our 1919 bungalow (it was just an old, unfinished basement, so we were starting from scratch). Laura was a dream to work with. She's pleasant to deal with, has a great sense of humor, and really got what we were looking for. We still, nearly 6 years after the completion of the project, are extremely happy with the way it turned out, and wouldn't change anything. We highly recommend Laura, with no hesitation. M.W. & T.M.

Working with Laura on our living room / kitchen remodel was fantastic. She really kept our preferences in mind throughout the process from designing the space to executing all the little details, and it shows! House Opened Up for View
I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE !!! I have lived in it for over 35 years and over the course of those years have thought about changing things around - But NEVER in my wildest imagination would I have dreamed of what Laura designed. Her ideas were imaginative and ‘out of the box,’ but totally suitable for me and for the style of house and neighborhood. It has made the daylight basement a true living part of the house and made access from the front street a pleasure rather than a chore. And the new view is awesome!

For a Garden Lover
We hired Laura to address the dissatisfaction we had with some downstairs space as well as our desire to create an outdoor room that would allow us to enjoy our backyard year around.
